I'm sending my PG Certificate to IQAS for evaluation Hope I get luckyIn your case is not. you can still get CBL 10 from all 4 skills and get some more points (for example your listening and writing part). Or get any other 1 year postsecondary diploma.
So just choose what is easier for you.

hi guys,
its been long.. wanted to thank all of you for the support you've shown me throughout the waiting period for the ITA. I finally got the ITA 99th draw. For those who know me I was at 438 since november of last year. By studying French and writing TEF I was able to increase my score to 444. For those trying to give up because you are below 440, pls do not give up. I was there i know how it feels but just try your best to improve your score. Its the best solution. I would like to thank @canadadreams2018 whom I contacted through this forum. She helped me pass the TEF exam and secure 6 marks thanks to her. I took online classes from her which i found very useful. You are really great and one of a kind. Thanks for your support.
@canadadreams2018 I can never forget what you did for me. thanks alot.
my lovely friends here, I really cant thank you enough. this place is everything for me. I remember i used to vent out my frustration here and people always returned warmth for me. If you guys require any help, do let me know. I would continue to follow this forum whatsoever
Thank you so much. I know a little French already. I prepared on my own for 4 months and then @canadadreams2018 helped me for a month which really helped me familiarize with the pattern and the actual examination.Congratulations to you first.
How much time it took you to prepare for TEF ?
It would be really helpful.
That is the correct attitude. I see people complaining about their score, and how IRCC should let everyone else in the pool to be invited even if they have lower than 430 CRS. I am glad that Canada is not like that, they pressure you to give the best of yourself, and in your case you made it possible.hi guys,

I safely assume it depends on the number of pending applications. So why the sudden drop in number of invitations? 3,900 to 3,500. This is strange especially considering that it increased to 3,900 from 3,750 in the last draw.
It has to be deliberate.
I think that I agree with your theory. They are probably looking at the number of applications under process. This should be important to them especially now that they have a forward looking timeline for the processing of applications.I safely assume it depends on the number of pending applications.
If they process fast, they invite more, and vice versa. I think it's all based on an objective to reach a certain number of immigrants by the end of they year.
Probably deliberate, but not in the "mean" way...
There has definitely been a change of emphasis to manage the processing times and hit targets for processing delivery. Thus the control of ITA numbers and slow build up to 3900. Have to say the drop to 3500 was a surprise after the previous increase from 3750 to 3900. It looks like a reassessment of the ITAs needed to reach targets for 2018. There was also a stated aim for 2018 to increase the emphasis on provinincial nominations and it looks like this has more than used the slight increase in overall targets.I safely assume it depends on the number of pending applications.
