The only thing I can think of check your form either it's the latest one or the old one because CIC/IRCC has updated this form(5406) in May 2018

2- Sometimes you get the medical request after few days - it depends.

I don't see any signature fields on that form, so shouldn't be required.

Anyone has experience on getting Police Certificate in Toronto? Where to do figure print? If anyone can share experience I'd really appreciate. Just went to a police station and the police said he knew nothing about Police Certificate, the station only deal with car accidents?!

I don't think you need PCC from Canada, back home is needed

I don't think you need PCC from Canada, if you really need one, ask bingoye in 2017pgp forum, he did one.

In IMM0008 in the LANGUAGE DETAIL section it asks "are you able to communicate in English and/or French?"

My parents are not comfortable with English (they don't know french at all), they might be able to understand and say few things in English.

1) Should we select Neither from the options?

2) If we select Neither will it affect the application negatively?

Couple of years ago, we would have to get it from RCMP by submitting our finger prints. Not sure if that has changed now but you could call them and ask.

Yes, you can select neither.
And no, it will not affect their application. English is not the primary language in many countries which is understandable.
