Hello, i need urgent advise regarding Canadian study visa, i am studying in US and i have deadline for next semester till august 21. I want to continue my further studies in Canada. How can i possibly do that soon? I have already applied for offer letter yesterday for fall semester in a college of Vancouver. Can i get the visa online from here and whats the procedure for it?

Yes - you can apply for a study permit from the USA. You will follow the same process as you would if you were applying from India. You should be aware that applying from the US may lower your chances of approval since you do not have permanent status there, can't demonstrate strong ties to your home country easily (since you're not living there), and IRCC may have concerned your main objective for studying in Canada is to remain here long term.
