Urgent Processing for Canadian citizenship to avoid losing job

I totally get your situation. But I think we should give you a realistic assessment. You can try to apply for urgent processing, but I would say 99.9% it will be rejected and it seems that everyone else agrees. Again, I understand that this is an issue for you, but that doesn't change my assessment of the situation.

The biggest issue is: You currently have the job. Even ignoring all other problems, you need FACTUAL proof that you will lose your job if you don't get citizenship ASAP. So the very least would be a letter from your company that assures that 100% you will lose your job if you don't get citizenship ASAP. I doubt they would write such a letter. And that wouldn't be enough in itself, anyways.
Yeah, I think a company would be scared of getting into legal trouble and would let me go and put it underperformance. I hate how this situation is.

applicants can work outside Canada and stimulate their economy instead of Canada's.
Yes, they can work outside Canada and stimulate their economy but that is not IRCC's concern.

Yes, only to US but under B1 to attend meetings. I am not legally allowed to work under that visa. I started this job about 3 months ago so I haven't travelled a lot just 2 weeks for now.
Also to play Devil's advocate: and why cant you apply for a US work visa like L1 which allows you to work for 3 yrs. Your request could also be viewed as wanting to leave Canada while keeping citizenship. While that may or may not affect your actual application, I dont think it will help the cause for urgent application either.

Its a slippery slope that you should avoid IMO.

I am new into work force and this is my first job! Its not even complete 3 months so L1 only works 1 year into a job.

As amitidi pointed out, there are other US visas that would allow you to work inside US without Canadian citizenship requirement. More reasons for IRCC to likely deny urgent request. Your request would be more sound if you provided actual US visa denials that would prevent you from continuing your work in US to the point that Canadian citizenship is the only resort you got left.

Yeah, I can probably look into that. To my knowledge its B1, L1 and H1 visas that allow you to work. B1 is only for business meetings so I am not allowed to work. L1 requires one year working period for the company and H1b to my knowledge is a lottery system?

L1 shouldn't take a year to process.

How long does it take to get an L1 Visa?

A. Usually 2-4 months for a normal L1 visa, Payment of the premium processing fee of $1225 will substantially reduce processing time.
1-3 weeks for an L1 covered by a blanket approval.

Sorry, I think I meant to say you have to work in the company for 1 year to be approved. I checked it online and that seems to be the case and spoke with the US lawyers.

You are right. I forgot about that part of the L1 qualification. Your choices are indeed limited.

Okay, thank you though. You let me realize my choices are limited and I am mentioning this to my HR and boss that if they want to assist me in this process they have to explicitly mention how choices are limited. I appreciate your time. Worst case, job hunting again!

Another way is to ask your company to apply for green card for you - if you were not born in India or China, there's a good chance you can get it within a year.

Well, I was born in India. Welp! that sorts it out.
The employer should have known that you did not have the flexibility to work anywhere globally as stated in contract and yet accepted your contract regardless. The employer should be the one with better foresight. It appears that it was a non-issue to them despite accepting your position at the time and now all of a sudden it is? This is a case of employer not being fair to you, especially when you are new on the job.

Should I mention it to CIC? I feel I am left with 0 options, hence potentially risk of losing my job. What do I do to protect myself?
