If you really need Canadian citizenship for TN so you can work in the US, why is it so hard to just wait for it like everybody else ? If there’s a shortcut I am sure plenty of people have already taken it and it would have become a well known fact, or the loophole would have been closed by the government already

You mentioned before if you want to work for US company remotely you wont need a TN. Can you provide some information on this?
The reason I am asking is that I have talked to employers and they say if you do not have work authorization of US then we can not pay you money as salaries has to be against work performed which required authorization.
If you are aware of a workaround then I can talk to employers and see if they are ok with that. They seems to be fine with location though as its remote with travel required.

I know two people working in Toronto/Montreal for US companies and paid in USD, I only know they didn’t use TN and didn’t ask for any further details since there’s no benefit for me to find out
