My wife applied for PNP PR in 2017, and added me as a dependent during the application in process.
This morning both of us got an email from CIC to call for an interview to finalized our application.
Is anyone having the same situation? I have a few questions below:

1. What's this interview for?
2. From other applicants, after ME should be PPR, why I am getting this interview before PPR.
3. After I finished this interview, how long should I wait for landing?

Thank you.

Yes.
It's not really an "interview" per se. Instead of land at the border, you complete the process in their office. They'll just ask you a few questions, i.e. have you ever committed a crime. Have your marital status changed. etc. Nothing to worry about.
