I have a question. My partner and I are common law. I asked a notary public to certify our common law form imm5409. no supplementary documents required such as shared lease contract and shared bank account which I have them all.
when and where to send those documents to prove our relationship or the certified 5409 form would be enough?

Does anyone know that pension cashed out when leave a employer (shown on T4A), the universal child care benefit (UCCB, before it's changed to the tax free Canada Child Benefit) can be included in in calculating income?

I did give them a call to confirm if they have it and the guy i spoke to said they do, but said they havent worked on it yet. Not sure if theres even a date or a way to find out when they'll start working on it
Both my parents are quite old, dad is almost 80 and mom is 71 and I just can't wait to spend the rest of our lives closer together!

Keep things simple and don’t be so pessimistic. Be positive Any application can get rejected at any stage till you get visa . And in NOA line 150 is the number you need to be above the LICO . All through the process . During the process if they doubt your income they can ask you again to re verify the income .

It seems you are very anxious at the moment and thinking to much . Just don’t think about this for couple of days and stay away from the application. And after that once you are fully relaxed check all the forms that you have already filled and mail them. Good things happens to good confidant people . Anxious can hamper their really good chance .

One quick question for me is that, I still haven't receive the email, notification, or any status change in CIC account.
Can anyone share their experience of the timeline after the Sponsorship decision made? I mean more for like email confirmation or something..

My wife and I are planning to apply our parents both sides (her mom and dad + my mom and dad). We don't have child yet and neither out parents has single dependents since our siblings are already old. I know this will require two separate applications but my question here is, are we going to declare six as size of family in each of our application or just four each? We'll need to combine our salary to meet the income requirement for size of 6 family.

why you think should provide personal NOA, to show line 150 - only that amount they are worry about, nobody care about business income.
take your wife like a co-signer

Line 150 of your tax return is the only thing that matters. If you had declared the 13.5 K business income on your tax return as your personal income then surely your line 150 will reflect the 13.5+74.8 K total. If the 13.5 K income is on a business name then it is not your income.
However since you will apply in 2019 and assuming you win the lottery, 2015 income will not matter. only 2016,17 & 18
