As per IRCC for such cases, put first name in surname and keep first name blank, see if tool allows coz some people are not able to keep first name blank while others can, which is bit strange.
If you have some time and are motivated, then it's doable and you can earn extra 30 points + points for a second language as well@AlliBatista & @pessacanada can guide you on this.

I'm learning French right now and it's not as easy as it sounds. I dont know how difficult is TEF but that comes after you know the language.Thanks for your motivating response @pessacanada
