May the CRS never increase the earlier ones, rather decrease, and may the draw size keep increasing!!
Entered at 437, and now at 432 desperate, but hopeful at the same time

May the CRS never *go higher than* the earlier ones, rather keep decreasing, and may the draw size keep increasing!!
He mentioned the below:
Expecting CRS 440 if 3750 ITAs are issued. If they increase the number of ITAs issued to 4000, then CRS 439 is also a possibility.
