@legalfalcon

I'm about submitting our application having successfully gathered all relevant documents. We just noticed that My wife is pregnant and she did her medical two weeks back not knowing she had taken in.
What effect will the pregnancy have on our application?
How do we inform IRCC that she's expecting?

Any US based applicant who gave an affidavit?

Here notary just want to you to print out the affidavit and they Notarize it . Is that acceptable to CIC since it is not on any stamp paper.

It will just have the notary stamp but not like the indian stamp paper

I got it from the consulate. Try that

@viki1805 If I may provide my PoV , @harneetk is a pnp candidate, my reading of the notes say he had a different NOC for which he got nomination and then post nomination hed changed his NOC post ITA which has been noted by case analyst. I asked him/her to check this fact but never replied.
Sir what r u asking? what should I reply? I am not getting..

Do they give same Name affidavit? What kind of affidavit did you get?

Do they give the stamp paper affidavit? Please pardon all the questions. I am just confused :)
I got same name affidavit for my spouse. It was stamped and signed by the embassy. It’s not on stamp paper- It’s on a normal A4 sheet. But it certifies that the person with so and so name is same person. The name was changed after marriage. That’s it. We submitted copy of old passport( maiden name) and current passport as proof. They have also mentioned old passport number and new passport number on the affidavit.

Oh would you be able to give me the format? or do they have the format with them?

The only issue for which the analyst has raise a flag for is... Settlement Funds. He notes that an xxxxx amount is a gift from Principal Applicant's (PA) mother. As long as you have provided all supporting documents for this, I don't think you should be worried.
I read that the minimum funds required for a family of 2 is $15,531, Ref: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html.

If you think you like to highlight some additional documents for the same reason, you can send this via CSE/Webform: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Thank you that's very reassuring, I did submit all the supporting documents, and the amount shown on my bank acount is far above the 15531 dollars (maybe that's an issue), I really don't know why it raised his suspission maybe the thought that the money is'nt in my bank account anymore??Once again thank you maybe i will send aletter of explanation whith a recent bank statement

1. Yes, you should. However, if you should the car loan, the outstanding balance will be deducted from your PoF, so you will need a higher PoF.
2. No, the gift deed has to be in compliance with the Transfer of Property Act, and meet the requirements of the Stamp Act. If you want a Gift deed drafted and legally executed, you can contact GETGCMS.com and their legal team can draft one of your.
3. INR 100
4. It is fine. You only need to show the accounts in which you have the PoF funds.

@legalfalcon - Thanks a lot for your help.

Showing additional amount is never an issue, as long as you have all documents to prove it.
Along with a bank statement include a current dated letter from the bank showing your average balance.

Ok so to summarize, since the baby is not born yet, we are okey and no need to inform. But if the baby is born before the PR approval, then we need to inform IRCC. Correct?

Yes, that is correct.

I apologize for my next few words, but legally speaking, until a baby is born, it is not considered a living person and therefore cannot be added to the application as a dependent. Only after a baby is born, can you add the baby to the application.

Hello every one, i just received my notes and sadly its says "review required" eligibillity part, but I can't understand the exact reason why, can any one help me ?

Since you have a gift from your parent, this needs to be evaluated and determined by the officer. So in the next few weeks the officer will review your application and make a final determination on it. I see no concerns as long as the gift was legally made, and you have submitted all the documents.

This is how notary works in US and is completely acceptably by IRCC.
