@legalfalcon - I have received ITA in last draw and now collecting docs for application. Request you to help with few queries -

1. I am showing my salary account as POF funds, with today's salary credit I got fund requirement completed . I am having a car loan with another bank and EMI for that loan is being deducted from my salary account. As i need to submit statement of my salary account (funds are less than 6 months old), should i show that car loan account as well? In salary account statement entries are visible like "DELHI DED EMI xxxx" Pls advice.

2. I am showing gift deed from parents and using affidavit on stamp paper value of Rs. 100 for it. Is it fine? Also, for showing accompanying spouse's single name account, do I need an affidavit (Rs. 50 stamp value) or just notorised letter on plain paper is fine?

3. For translation affidavit what should be the stamp value? I am having my marksheets in Hindi, which i got translated by one of my friend. I am planning to attach his affidavit as certificate.

4. I have more than 4 saving accounts but I am planning to show only 2 of them. Is it fine or I need to show all accounts ? Also, as per point 1, I am not planning to show loan account too.

A diploma can be done any time. However, the classification of the diploma will differ based on when it is done.

Thanks. My diploma falls under the category 'secondary school diploma and diploma' followed by my degree.
Is it acceptable to claim points under two or more certificates category. Also, what does secondary school mean as per canadian standards? Is it completing 10 years of school education starting from first grade or is it completing 12 years of school education starting from first grade. Appreciate your inputs.

MY WES evaluation says, Canadian Equivalency1:"four years Bachelors" & Canadian Equivalency2:"Completion of college certificate(one semester)"

In this case, may I claim two or more degrees educational points? the government CIC Facebook group said I can but I am just too worried about the one semester issue. Sir, what is your best advice in my scenario? I will be glad to have your advice on this. thank you.

I have sent a query about my ECA results obtained from WES to "https://www.facebook.com/CitCanada/" the CIC page in Facebook asking them whether I can claim points for two or more degrees or not with my ECA results. Pls see their reply as bellows-

"Hi there - we've been told that you can claim the points for having two or more. The officer who processes your application will contact you if there are any issues with it. Thanks!"

In this situation, do you think I should take a chance with their confirmation ? or it might be too risky for me to go with it? The issue is that in WES evaluation I got (one semester) besides my "one year completion" evaluation statement which is causing the confusion.

It will be great if you can share me your advice on this. thank you so much.

Because at the time of submission balance was slightly more than the required amount.

If you have more than the required funds as of today you can submit a revised PoF, or you can wait.

My Responsibility letter has everything except for the salary details as its policy not to Mention that. But i have payslips and Form 16 from india. I can attach that and it would work right?

Yes, and you will also have to explain it in LoE.

Thanks, does it mean processing times for PA and dependant can be different in this case? And will PA get confirmation for all the applicants from respective LVO or will PA and spouse get confirmation individually since the LVO will be different for both?

The application is approved as a whole. You will get only one confirmation.

I am all set with COPR and PR visa to leave for Canada but have lost my home country Driving license. To get a duplicate one, I will have to file a police report with local police station of my area.

Do I need to inform CIC about this new development at this stage of my process ?

Hi @legalfalcon case analyst put review required with my eligibility and he didnot verified my back home work experience before i applied study permit but he requested for rprf and my crs verified score also went down below cutoff. Can you please explain this situation like why rprf is requested if crs went down and i can see in my gcms that rprf has been requested by case analyst only and also criminality is in process

And @legalfalcon i can see case analyst has made wrong recommendation as he said i work for different organization not the one i sent reference letter for. The organization he mentioned is my college back home which i mentioned in SOP. He thinks i was working there although i studied there so shall i raise cse to explain this

Not required, let the officer review it. However, if you feel there is a confusion, you can raise a CSE

If my job reference letter doesn’t contain my salary ,

but I have my payslip , compensation letter and form 16 tax forms .

Is it okay if I attach it with my letter or is it mandatory to have salary mentioned in employment letter ?

As per IRCC your salary should be mentioned in the reference letter. If it is not mentioned, you can submit supporting documents and explain in LoE.

I am currently on closed work permit and my company has applied for work permit which is valid till Sep 2020. This October I will complete 1 year in Canada. I am under intercompany transfer (ICT) LMIA exempt and as a company policy they don't give me offer letter for intercompany transfer. Since I am under intercompany transfer I don't get paid in Canadian Payroll and my pay roll is in India so I don't have Canadian payslips.My company also doesn't support PR process hence getting supporting evidence is tough. If I want to claim the 50 points for Job offer. I got a letter from HR when I came here for searching house which states the below. Will this be sufficient ?. I also have a Work permit extension letter which they submitted to CIC which has my roles and responsibilities. If you can give me some suggestion whether I can claim these points it will be of great help

This letter serves to confirm temporary employment of <My Name> in Canada. <My Name> will be on temporary 3-year assignment with XX, Canada as of October 2017 and will continue to be permanent full time employee with XX,India during his assignment in Canada. Mr. <My Name> currently holds the position of Project Lead. My base salary is XX,XXX CAD.

You will need to provide a lot of supporting documents and also explain in detail in LoE

I got my name legally changed and I have an old passport with name only “Jai singh” as well

Do I have to fill yes in the field where it says has the individual known by some other name ?

Yes, and also execute an affidavit and also file the gazette notification for name change.

If it says failed, then you did not meet the eligibility. However, in which context has it been used needs to be seen and and to answer conclusively I will need to see the relevant note.
