@legalfalcon - I have received ITA in last draw and now collecting docs for application. Request you to help with few queries -

1. I am showing my salary account as POF funds, with today's salary credit I got fund requirement completed . I am having a car loan with another bank and EMI for that loan is being deducted from my salary account. As i need to submit statement of my salary account (funds are less than 6 months old), should i show that car loan account as well? In salary account statement entries are visible like "DELHI DED EMI xxxx" Pls advice.

2. I am showing gift deed from parents and using affidavit on stamp paper value of Rs. 100 for it. Is it fine? Also, for showing accompanying spouse's single name account, do I need an affidavit (Rs. 50 stamp value) or just notorised letter on plain paper is fine?

3. For translation affidavit what should be the stamp value? I am having my marksheets in Hindi, which i got translated by one of my friend. I am planning to attach his affidavit as certificate.

4. I have more than 4 saving accounts but I am planning to show only 2 of them. Is it fine or I need to show all accounts ? Also, as per point 1, I am not planning to show loan account too.

1. Yes, you should. However, if you should the car loan, the outstanding balance will be deducted from your PoF, so you will need a higher PoF.
2. No, the gift deed has to be in compliance with the Transfer of Property Act, and meet the requirements of the Stamp Act. If you want a Gift deed drafted and legally executed, you can contact GETGCMS.com and their legal team can draft one of your.
3. INR 100
4. It is fine. You only need to show the accounts in which you have the PoF funds.

The only issue for which the analyst has raise a flag for is... Settlement Funds. He notes that an xxxxx amount is a gift from Principal Applicant's (PA) mother. As long as you have provided all supporting documents for this, I don't think you should be worried.
I read that the minimum funds required for a family of 2 is $15,531, Ref: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html.

Here notary just want to you to print out the affidavit and they Notarize it . Is that acceptable to CIC since it is not on any stamp paper.

It will just have the notary stamp but not like the indian stamp paper

just curious and guess it'd be helpful for all to have some information so as to avoid similar mistakes if there was one in this particular case.

@viki1805 If I may provide my PoV , @harneetk is a pnp candidate, my reading of the notes say he had a different NOC for which he got nomination and then post nomination he changed his NOC post ITA which has been noted by case analyst. I asked him/her to check this fact but never replied.

Oh I didn't see that in the earlier post where they pasted the notes. But your explanation makes total sense though. Thanks for providing more info on that.
