I was away on holiday till this morning... I wasn't really putting too much into "this prediction" as im flooded with catch up work..

Will take more time next time around! I just hope we can break the 440 barrier...

IELTS as the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT (que horror) factor whether someone gets an ITA or not? Not even PNP nomination? Or family ties? Or education?

CLB 9 is NOT an easy hurdle to overcome FYI. Even native English speakers fail to get a 7.0 on Writing.

FYI, the last bit on Native English speakers struggling to get a 7.0 ain't true - i got an 8 in Writing on my first attempt (not a native speaker obviously). Having said that, I would add that the way they score it ain't easy. It's pretty strict.

They mark coherence based on both language and structure.
