Medical tests were done and health case submitted to IRCC by the panel physician on July 23.
PCC and RPRF (as requested by New Delhi VO) were submitted on July 24 via CIC web-form.

No new updates in MyCIC / application status.

24-July-2018 - One more line added to ECAS We sent you correspondence on July 23, 2018 about the decision on your application.

I checked my email and the MyCIC account, there is no correspondence available there which was issued on July 23, may be it is on its way. Also, I did receive a correspondence on July 20 in regard to the decision on the application in which IRCC provided information about LVO, I am not sure what this correspondence for decision is about.

It means the SA email you got July 20,Friday evening, ecas updated later

Congrats! Now you should be able to link the application with My CIC.

For linking paper application to My CIC account put family size number as sponsor family excluding baby/ kid and then add principal applicant and dependent.

Hello All, need help. IRCC has asked to submit IMM5669. Can I get my parents sign it, email a scanned file and then mail it to CIC or do you suggest mailing actual original signed form? Thanks!

I have received the SA and my application has now been sent to London for further processing. I was wondering if London visa office would also send some AOR kind of communication to the applicant after receiving the application from CPC Mississauga? Or does the local visa office just stay quiet and contacts only when it's time for doing medicals and PCC etc.? Any comments? especially from those whose applications have been sent to London?

Also, looking at the spreadsheet, I get a feeling that London visa office was processing applications faster in 2017. But they have been quiet in 2018 so far. Ottawa on the other hand is cruising and issuing instructions for medical and PCC in only a few weeks time.

Help, any sponsor here that appointment themselves as the representative of their own parents?

When I called CIC I was told it's optional and if I do that I have to create a CIC account for my self and for my dad because correspondence might go to either email..

Anyone?

I don't think you have to create two My CIC accounts. In my case, I created one My CIC account only under my Dad's email. And that's what everyone else did.

It looks like they don't need a PCC from Canada.

No, they don't need a PCC from Canada, read the request letter carefully, it will say the PCC is from which country explicitly.
on the page before uploading option, there is a request letter button, click it to open the letter,
it will say which country’s PCC in the letter, ( my LVO=Ottawa)

Have you received a communication from IRCC yet to submit 'Use of Representative' form? if not then I will recommend you to wait till IRCC tells you to provide the form.

I got my email yesterday that we were accepted in the 2018 PGP intake, I had an issue before with the IMM0008 and I had to resubmit it, I am so relieved and happy. I just need to link my application to CIC website and awaiting for further instructions.

For those who are waiting for their AOR my sister in law got hers on July 20 and her appllication was received around 2nd week of MAy.

And one more thing , for those people who wanted to sponsor their parents but do not meet the income for a certain year it is still possible to get approved , my sister in law is short of 5k on the 2015 assessment because she lost her status as a foreign worker and was told to stop working for months till her permanent residence is processed. We just submitted an explanation letter from IRCC the reason why and they understood the situation and got approved as a sponsor.

JUst wanted to share what happened to her case to give hope to other people, there is no harm in trying

Hi, did your sis-in-law actually get approved as a sponsor OR did she only get AOR ? If she got AOR on July 20th, I doubt she already got sponsorship approval (ECAS status will indicate 'Decision Made' once approved). If she only got AOR, her status will show "Application Received".

Getting AOR does not mean she is approved as a sponsor, is all I want to point out. My application was delivered on May 8th. My status is still "Application Received". They haven't started processing me as a sponsor yet.

AFAIK, IRCC does not make exceptions to the meeting the LICO requirement. Even if an applicant is $1 short, it gets rejected, no matter what the reason. I'd be pleasantly surprised if she indeed got approved already.

Does your AOR said that your application will be part of the PGP Intake for 2018?
