Hi guys, my sponsorship was decision made since June 30/18 and I don't receive any email or mail from CIC, I am worried. Does it mean my application Gets declined? PR section shows application received since Jul 3/18. Anyone in the same boat? Thank you so much.

No, it means you are approved and the pr portion was transferred to your parents local Visa office.

I have not recieved my letter either but I phoned and got where my parents application was transferred to. Give them a call and find out.

It's hard to say how long it will take to process, each Visa office is different in their processing timeline. I must say I have one of the slowest Visa office, which is Kingston Jamaica.

No, I did not receive medical or pcc, but I am not worried or in any rush. My mom is already here on a supervisa , my dad is not in any rush to let go off his business, and my sister is in school right now.

I would say it is pretty straight forward from the rules set. A three year consecutive income is required. No exceptions. And income can only be vetted through NOA.

You can still submit your application, in our case we are just here for 1 year and four months last February and I submitted only one NOA and I made a letter explaining to them that we could financially support my mother in law here in canada. I have attached the employment certificate of my wife and my self stating the annual salary we are receiving.

It is bit odd that you haven't got a correspondence from CIC/ IRCC since June 30. I would suggest you to Call CIC call centre to check what is going on.

24-July-2018 - One more line added to ECAS We sent you correspondence on July 23, 2018 about the decision on your application.

I checked my email and the MyCIC account, there is no correspondence available there which was issued on July 23, may be it is on its way. Also, I did receive a correspondence on July 20 in regard to the decision on the application in which IRCC provided information about LVO, I am not sure what this correspondence for decision is about.

I got my email yesterday that we were accepted in the 2018 PGP intake, I had an issue before with the IMM0008 and I had to resubmit it, I am so relieved and happy. I just need to link my application to CIC website and awaiting for further instructions.

For those who are waiting for their AOR my sister in law got hers on July 20 and her appllication was received around 2nd week of MAy.

And one more thing , for those people who wanted to sponsor their parents but do not meet the income for a certain year it is still possible to get approved , my sister in law is short of 5k on the 2015 assessment because she lost her status as a foreign worker and was told to stop working for months till her permanent residence is processed. We just submitted an explanation letter from IRCC the reason why and they understood the situation and got approved as a sponsor.

JUst wanted to share what happened to her case to give hope to other people, there is no harm in trying

did you get an email to do the medical and police clearance or you are still waiting for both?

Help, any sponsor here that appointment themselves as the representative of their own parents?

When I called CIC I was told it's optional and if I do that I have to create a CIC account for my self and for my dad because correspondence might go to either email..

Anyone?
