Hey guys, I've been seeing several posts regarding applications which had passed the 12 month processing times. I have a friend who waited for over a year without hearing back from immigration and they consulted a Member of the Parliament about it and it really helped them. Their family is already here in CA last week. My friend advised me, if ever this happens to my application, to consult MP. Just sharing to you guys, it might be helpful in your case. I need some clarification guys PLEASE REPLY and any comment will be much appreciated. When Application is all APPROVED. Do they USUALLY RETURN ( Manila Visa Office ) all the original documents along with your application? Cuz i've heard from some people that they've only rec'd COPR, VISA STAMPED and PDOS and others rec'd all of their documents specially the originals? Whats your opinion guys and the process? PLEASE HELP.

Hi i am 9 May applicant 2017 do u recieve Ppr or request for remidical ? Do u have any travel histori or govermental job or any red flag bacause background take so long?
Hasnt received remedical request etc. I’ve lived in sweden and denmark for seven years and also my bgc went into process in august 2017 when my file was still in cic mississauga(file transferred to lvo oct 19 2017).
Me like u i lived in denmark do u recieve pre arriva letter. Ur eligibility is passed?what is ur kast status
I called CIC 2 days ago.
The status says that my application has been approved. There was nothing abourt eligiblity or background. But i didnt get any email. Got PPR on 16th and submitted my passport on 17th. No update after that.
I Applied May 2017 and I guess background check was twice asked because they first said they did not find my police certificate and I resent a new one which took about 3month. I did got the email for PPR yesterday.
