When ur background was started?Could u olz share the answer of Mp ?what is the red flag in security check ?

There is no red flag in my application
My internal canadian security check/ criminality check has been completed in july 2017
In decemeber i got pre arrival services mail
Since dec my application is stuck in routine BGC “sigh”
Neither me nor my husband has much travel history
MP was of the point that “i know from what are you going through, many people come to me with same issue but unfortunately if application is stuck with BGC i cant do anything because it is something of national interest nd by law we r helpless.Yeah if there is some kind of eligibilty issue or waiting for final review by officer etc then i can help you but dont worry be optimistic i will send mail to LVO”.

None of our MPs are any kind of help..contacting MP is wasting of time..!

Have a question about background check.....how do we know when it begins....does that get updated in ECAS or does a letter get sent? My file is transferred to London now so just wondering if they will let me know or how that works

Do you have a gckey account if yes then you can find out there if not call at ircc number and get the auto update status msg about your application

Unfortunately there is no timeline of background checks, it make take from a week to 6 months are more. There are very few unlucky applicantss whos background checks are in process for more then 6 months

I have a question. Do the Vosa officer able to see the sponsor's travel history if they didn't tell them about it?

None of our MPs are any kind of help..contacting MP is wasting of time..!

Im now a strong believer .. so that email i sent to everyone, includin the MP .. he never replied back .. like look at the guts he has to not give a damn abt my problems ..

I also don’t know the status of my file , medical received July 4, I don’t have gckey, but I do have uci numbers.
Can I still call ircc number ? It won’t affect my file right ?
Or my lawyer can do that for me ?
