You don't need tax certificate from outside Canada tbh.
Perfect. Thank you.

If I may ask another question. This is about financial proof. Is a bank statement the only way to prove the required funds or something other than that is also acceptable. I have around $15000 but they’re in cash with me at home. Again I know it’s not much of an explanation but it’s Pakistan and many people don’t use banks.

What we accept as proof
Funds must be readily available to you. For example, you can't use equity on real property as proof of settlement funds.

The funds must be available both when you apply and when (if) we issue you a permanent resident visa. You must prove to an immigration officer that you can legally access them to use to settle here when you arrive.

For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money.

Letter(s) must:

  • be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead
  • include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
  • include your name
  • list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans
  • include, for each current bank and investment account:
    • account numbers
    • the date each account was opened
    • the current balance of each account
    • the average balance for the past six months

Bank statement nahin bhai...
Get a letter from the bank (on their letter head, signed and stamped) mentioning the following:
  • account numbers
  • the date each account was opened
  • the current balance of each account
  • the average balance for the past six months

Oh. Okay. That’s actually quite a lot easier. Thank you bhai. You’re from Pakistan too? Or India?

Thanks for your responds, pls I was asked to provide additional documents which includes, payslip plus deposit by the company i work with into my account. I have the payslips but the company don't usually deposit/e-transfer into my account and when they do its in tranches. Most of the time I collect pay cheques that I cash over the counter and most time the cheques are in trenches which I don't have copies. Although I have proof of fund as in call deposit for my travels but the confirmation of company depositing into my account is the problem. Pls what do I do? Urgent pls

If I understand your situation OladimejI, I can suggest you to get a letter from your company(if they can provide one), that the mode of salary payment is through cheque rather than bank deposits. You can attach the pay slips and letter issued by the company together and send your response to IRCC(if they are the ones asking).
Now incase your company does not provide you the letter, then in that case you can provide a letter explaining your situation. that you current employer makes salary payment through cheques instead of bank transfer. Also attach this letter along with your pay slips.
