There is no need for pay slips if the letter is to their requirements? I thought pay slips were necessary.

And also is it recommended to submit income tax RETURN too? I live in Pakistan and only 2% of the population here files their returns. Income tax gets directly deducted from my pay but I don’t file a return on it. Is it okay not to show a return?
