I raised a CSE on Oct 17th and got a response earlier today. It does seem like they respond in a week.

Just an update: I didn't receive an email notification. Just happened to randomly check and noticed that there was an update on my profile and it is in the "IP-2" status as of today. Which is exactly a month after IP-1. Timeline: AOR: Aug 31 MEP and IP1 - Sep 24 IP2 - Oct 24
