This is strange.

I was asked to submit the passports and there wasn't such requirement, except the photos.

Not sure why they are asking for the information as mentioned above. All of it is already provided in main application package.
Do you see the form number at footer? IMMXXXX or..its just blank?

There is no form number. The form (in Appendix B) is embedded in the email body.

Hello Friends, my father got email from CIC to submit the passports with two photographs. In the email, it asked to complete also a form(which is in the email as Appendix B) with different information(name, DOB, place of birth, citizenship,Gender, Passport#, date of expiry, height and eye color) for both applicant and spouse.

I have two questions related to that:
1. Do I need to print the email and complete that in that email hard copy paper?

2. In the top of Appendix B, before the form, it has written:
Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children who will accompany you to Canada.

Do I need to complete and submit that form (Appendix B) separately for both of my father and mother?

Any one who has recently submitted the passport and have done the same thing, it would be great help if you could help me in this regard.

We're asked for this along with the PPR. We filled in one form for both parents and send out with the passports.
You can either fill on the computer if you've a PDF editor or print and fill in with a pen.

My mom passed away, and I sponsored my father in 2018, if my father gets married before he gets PPR, DO I have to sponsor my step-mother to immigrate? Or I have the right to refuse?

After my father gets PPR, Can he sponsor my step-mother right away after landing? Or I must sponsor my step-mother? Appreciate your answers. Thanks in advance.

If your father's marital status changes before he lands, IRCC needs to be notified. Even if his spouse isn't accompanying him, she needs to be included on the application and would go through medical. If she fails the test, your father's application will be rejected as well.

IRCC requires medical even for unaccompanied spouse since your father can sponsor her after landing under spousal category where her application can not be rejected even if she fails medical. The rules for "excessive demand on health system" are different for PR and spousal categories.

We were their representative because they neither understand English nor internet literacy. We prepared the forms and have them signed.

Can you please correct the entries on my parents sponsorship. My parents got their medical request on June 29th 2018 and they are going for their medicals on July 11th.
My mother-in-law application status shows application received only. She hasn't got medical or police clearance request.
I applied for my mother-in-law police clearance from BLS Toronto to save the time later on when Visa Office requests it.

Please update it.

It's best to declare yourself the representative. It helps with getting status updates on applicant's behalf even if they don't need help with other aspects of application filing.

If he marry before landing, he should amend his record with visa office before he lands. Otherwise, he will be committing misrepresentation. An example:

Just back froim vacation with limited internet access/ My case status is being shown as 'Desicion Made' in CIC case status site but the IRCC account still shows background check in process.

When you say My CIC, does it mean Sign-In Partner or GCKey?
