Is 12 months counted (CIC deadline to process) from AoR or from IP?

Hi All,
I am a Mississauga applicant and my application went into IP since Jan 9th.
No news after that.
I called CIC and they said that the time schedule is 12 months and it may go till next Jan too.So wait.
Is there anyone who is Mississauga applicant ,IP since January and still not received test invitation?

Forget Jan. I'm in process since Nov 23.

yesterday my friend from Ajax got DM and he wrote test a day before in Scarborough. Really Mississauga CIC, playing with us.

My friend (pre c6, Sauga) wrote exam on May 9th. Got oath letter after 6 days. Oath done on June 4rth

He must pray for all the rest waiting impatiently.

Kathleen had an aggressive vote bank at Mississauga; apparently the trend shifted to Ford nation. I am guessing, that other cities have been looked after strongly; just in case.... for October 2019.
