Yes, both passports are to be uploaded for the child. Previous passports are not required.

I will suggest you go with what @GCMSBuddy suggested above, but also check, in case any of your passports are less than couple of years old, then I would suggest you to include your old passport copies as well..

But

But once the UTI generated and profile created doesn't it mean that ITA has already been accepted even if i did not upload any documents there. Is it still possible to decline ITA and try again with different crs? I got all necessary docs but haven't uploaded them yet. Pls explain me in bit more detail about eAPR editing process. Because i thought once ITA recieved then the info upon wgich the ITA is based couldn't be changed or edited. Thanks
No, creating EE profile or receiving ITA is not an application for PR! Electronic Application for Permanent Residence (eAPR) is a form that you have received in your account after you got the ITA. If you fillout this form and click continue then few placeholders will be promt to you to upload some documents. After uploading documents you will see the payment page. If only you pay the fees then your application will be submitted and will be counted as an "Application for Permanent Residence". Before that you can decline the ITA and get another one, no record will be kept or used against it.

You can change your info from EE to eAPR but those changes must not be such that impacts your overall eligibility or basic info. For example you cannot change your birth date or formal name or spouse name! You cannot use fake ECA or IELTS reference number in ITA and use original which was obtained after ITA in eAPR. You cannot change your employers name or add a new job instead of the job you have claimed points in EE. If you face such problems then you should decline the ITA and amend the EE profile with correct info.

You can change certain things in eAPR that are not going to affect your eligibility or crs score. For example, if you remove your relative in eAPR and this does not affect your eligibility or doesnt put your crs below cutoff then it is permisible.

Anyway as you are going to add your spouse ielts(this should give you 8-10 points) and remove your relative (15 points less) then you should decline this ITA and wait for another one. Still you can go ahead but must explain all changes in LOE and the descretion will remain with the officer to accept your explanation or not.

Good Luck!

Hi first congratulations, I want to ask you please
1-, when they asked for your military doc, how much time they gave you, to add it?
2-did they ask everyone to provide it, since I m in canada and my papers are in my home country .
1- they gave 30 days for the military form and CV and one week for the others.
2-i dont know but on facebook another algerian was also asked to complete the form.
they didn't asked for any military docs, it was just a table where you have to complete cases (the unit you served in, your rank, whether you served in a combat operation, did you participate in interrogation .... etc)
hope it will help ;-)
