hello all
A main applicant decided to land and leave his spouse at Home country
He has all the documents except his passport with the immigrant visa on
Can she travel using only her passport with the visa ?
Thanks

Was she accompanying or non-accompanying on the original PR application? What visa does she have?

She was a spouse on the main applicant EE application
Visa stamped for both
Then the main applicant wants to travel alone

Reading your previous posts am confused whether your wife did a short landing. Seems like you did a soft landing.

She is not my wife
A friend’s wife
Both applied
The husband was the main applicant
They got the visa
He will lnd for short time leaving her behind
She wants to ho as well but she has no copr ( he has all the documents ?
Can she travel with the visa only ?

As long as he is the primary applicant and he lands first she will be ok. Would make copies of documents for her to have on hand. Because not all families realize this: if he is working abroad she will need to declare their international family income.
