Hi everyone!!!

We received Medical exam request on May 4th and medicals were done on May 8th but so far no update on results make me nervous. anybody else on same boat like us that medicals done but no update?????

same here, med req on the 4th, done on the 12th, but we did get the pre-arrival letter on the 26th. and background check in progress

Well the best option is to check with the Clinic if they have submitted the Medical results to CIC or not ? If submitted was it e-medical ( supposed to be faster option )
Also follow up with the Clinic if results were fine or if any further medical test is required ? In some cases based upon initial findings a few additional tests are required, I feel Indian clinics are busy because a lot of students appearing for medical exams ( Fall intake ) so best option is to follow up with the clinic.

you're right but we already contacted the clinic and it was e-medical and already sent to CIC for review.

On May 22, 2018 My client application status changed to

1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 12, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on May 22, 2018.
3. We sent you medical instructions on May 22, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

On May 2, 2018, we receive an email that your sponsorship approved and your file is transferred to Ottawa. but I did not get any email yet for medical request.

anybody have any idea why I did not get medical request.
do they send it by postal mail or e mail

My parents got their medical tests done last week in India. It looks like it takes almost a week to get it updated in ECAS. Anyone who was able to get a copy of his results from the doctor? Are they allowed to share the results?
