Does anyone know if PCC is required for every applicant? The PCC request date column in the spreadsheet for many applicants are blank. Does it mean they didn't get PCC requests? If PCC is not in English, do I need to get it translated and notarized? Thank you!

We had the same request last year for my father's death certificate. I mailed the notarized copy (with translation if the original copy is in other language) to the address given in the request letter.

Same here. Medical was done on May 11th and received the pre-arrival invitation yesterday.
