I did some research and found out there was no time in 2018 where no IELTS results took place between 2 draws:

So im guessing that new entrants per day this time would be significantly low compared to last time.. It might even reach 150 entrants per day above 440 which would result in 2100 overall new entrants on 23rd may.. and assuming around 400 already sitting on 441 from previous draw..1500 ITA's needs to be issued from 440 and below..guys with 439 and 438..be ready to get an ITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I need is a chance to sit for IELTS once again , will take IELTS again on 30th June, if there is no reduction in cut-off score this month.

Last time, I had to leave the hall for 17 minutes during the writing test (reading and listening parts were already done). Exam started almost 3 hours later than the scheduled time and due to that delay, there was a situation that involved my kids. The supervisor stayed with me for those 17 minutes to make sure I don't cheat, hahah (as if you could, when you are extremely worried about your kids ).
When I got back, there were only 19 minutes remaining. Couldn't finish my essay. Who knew, those 3 points that I lost due to band 7 in writing, would be so crucial.

My birthday is next year January, so I have around 6-7 months before my CRS drops. Given that, I assume you are recommending to wait and watch rather than spending money on spouse ECA for now.

What are those Ontario people up to? Last time I received NOI within 2 weeks of creating my EE profile. They haven't even issued a single NOI to those who qualify for HCP since last week of March. Somebody wake them up please
