Based on this ECA discussion,
Do you think IQAS can give a different Evaluation report for the same transcript submitted?
If WES has previously evaluated Bachelors degree first as 4 years Equivalent and now 1 year diploma is sent.If the ECA report is like something below 1 year what can one do?
Or do you think its good sending the same diploma to IAQS as well at the same time? Probabaly IQAS coulld evaluate as 1 year diploma as they won't be evaluating the Bacheolors degree.
If its sent to IQAS at the same time what will be the challenges? As I dont know if the WES ECA report will show it evaluated Bachelor and the Diploma and will now make the IAQS ECA which has a higher evaluation for the diploma invalid.
Please your advise.
I guess there is a WES or ECA forum..try out there...this forum is for people who are hanging on the border waiting for ITA(lower grades)...not for ones who cleared the exam with flying colors :)

Dear all! Sorry for off-topic. I need to develop my IELTS Reading Skills. Do you have any sources to recommend?
I tried to find some info on IELTS topic, but they discuss how was IELTS test basically.
My Reading was 6, I would like to improve it (it is my weakness). Does anyone have books to share?
Much appreciation! Blessings!
Apart from reading a lot (and making An effort to really understand what the texts say ) you need to get IELTS preparation books, as there are a lot of questions where they try to trick you. You need to learn the logic of the test to understand what answer they want you to give, not what you think may be the correct answer.

I did some research and found out there was no time in 2018 where no IELTS results took place between 2 draws:

IELTS results||Draw dates||Entrants per day
19th Jan||24th Jan||163
2nd Feb||7th Feb||186
14th Feb||21st Feb||227
23th Feb||14th March||226
16th March||26th March||181
4th April||11th April||196
20th April||25th April||196
4th May||9th May||219

So im guessing that new entrants per day this time would be significantly low compared to last time.. It might even reach 150 entrants per day above 440 which would result in 2100 overall new entrants on 23rd may.. and assuming around 400 already sitting on 441 from previous draw..1500 ITA's needs to be issued from 440 and below..guys with 439 and 438..be ready to get an ITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
March 26th was the 5th draw of the year, it also coincided with the least inflow of entrant into the pool from your analysis. Apparently d draw score for that period was 446 a 10point drop from the previous score of 456 (march 14th draw score). So there is HOPE

I appreciate the encouragement to people below 440 (I am at 435) but I would not get my hopes high just yet. I had a pretty good estimate for the 89th draw and am sure several others did as well but was shocked to see the outcome. IRCC was unpredictable before but now they are at a new level.
I am hoping for two more draws this month, 16th and 23rd would be great but I will take 16th and 30th. I may still not get an ITA but I will come pretty close.

Any chance of qualifying with a 409?

My wife is working on getting her IELTS, even with a max score we will land up with 429. Not sure if this will cut it :-(

Direct ITA at 409 is almost impossible. At 429 too it will be a long waiting game. You should check out all the PNPs. Hopefully, something will work for you.

All PNP's require a Job offer, not sure if I will be able to secure a job remotely. I'm in the US and would take me at least 6 months to ducts in order.

This is incorrect. I believe it is possible to get PNP from at least 3 provinces without a job offer (if you meet their criteria). Ontario (OINP) seems the easiest/most popular.

You are forgetting the rising number of PNP folks who got nominated in large numbers very recently. I hope your wish do come true but probably the cutoff will probably reside on 439 this time as the best possible results. Well, just hoping CIC will not skip the next Wednesday draw or it will end many of our dreams for this year....
