Yea status is hold on until certificate gets to them but my transcripts were marked as accepted. Don't know what that means. No verification needed???
You can mail them directly on their website. Go to WES Canada website and click on 'contact us'. You get to fill in your details ( name, email, reference num, etc) and then write your complaints.

We r similar status...mine co.pletion date shows 5/16
So, if we get it by 16th and submit our EE profile on the same day, we can be in the pool by 17th right?
Yes for EE we need just need two things ECA and IELTS TRF
okay. I am done with Ielts though and my projected score is coming around at 438. I dont know whether it's a good score or not.

Waited all day and no ECA. Gave them a call and they said to give it a few days. I just logged into my account only to see this

How do i get to the end only to go back to square one. I am so upset and i intend to call them later today. I just don't get it

There can be various reasons behind the delay; either your university hasn't respond to WES or there can be some mismatch in the information you provided. Please reach out to them to clarify your doubts. Good luck!!
Thanks!! I called WES and the customer service rep i spoke to said he didn't know why my status changed to "reviewing document" since it already should have been completed. Seems like a rare case. He said to give it 48 hours before calling again as he would escalate the case. Keeping my fingers crossed. Its disheartening though. I sent my degree cert via fax and my university in the UK sent the transcript directly via DHL and it was accepted. Don't know what changed.

Although the evaluation completion date still shows a past date of 11th of May 2018. I'm a bit relieved now even though no explanation was given. Do you have an idea how long it takes from the above status to receive online copy of report?
That's actually a good news. I received my WES report within 5 hours after this status. Unfortunately, there is no transparency in WES process, but ultimately with your status, it is as good as done.
i had this status yesterday and today morning PDF was available in my account... so you have to wait some more hours.
