If you are able to login into e-cas using
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en&_ga=2.96913951.1684060598.1525978786-375250169.1507212367

then your status would state when IRCC received your application, when they sent AOR (line 2 on e-cas), Then 3rd line is for we started your application on ???? (in-process date).

I've checked my citizenship application status on CIC website and it said "decision made". Can anyone tell me what it means? thanks

Did you get an email as well or it was only posted online regarding DM ?
