But this person is paper based, i applied online but still taking long then usual.
and to be honest even if we call cic there is no information they can provide.

I wish there was something like that but there is nothing we can do, I wish there was a button to press so we could escalate our case to higher authorities.

Called them couple times. Agents just workers they only read what show up on their notes. Keep telling you all good then FK off and wait on ur ass. I will Wait till 18month then find my local MP.seems it's the ultimate way.
