I've got exactly same timeline, just a month earlier.

Hey guys, not sure what status those of you that had received the two MR forms with the first one being blank are at right now.

I had sent two web form messages, first one saying the medical had been completed and the second one where I had also attached the documents the physician provided with the IME that was used etc.

Have received confirmation that both were received and sent to the appropriate visa office but after that received a letter saying they haven’t received anything and that if they have been already completed, we should send them the doctor info (name, address, phone number) and when the medical we’re completed and sent.

All this info is already on the previous messages and attachments. Should I send them again? Has anyone received the same letter?
