@khancanada , my App is 24 july 2017,
Now is 10 month going. I am hopeful something is will come up in this month in sha Allah.
You and me are in same group as well AZ8OOJB. May be they will decide all together.

if i don't hear anything by end of May, i may again fly back to Pakistan to spend my half of the Ramadan and then with EID-ul-FITR with her.
Last both EID we missed and it was OK bcoz it was too early to expect her immigration but we both were very confident that that in 2018 first we will celebrate our first wedding anniversary here in Canada on May 4th, 2018 then Ramadan then EID but LVO screwed up all our plans and keep screwing, Allah give them some Right Path to process our Application ASAP without calling us for an Interview Insha Allah

Oh my total processing time was 10 and a half months. File transferred to lvo in october and got my ppr in april. So around 6 months after lvo.

Is the same processing time for uae residence too?

Divorce certificate: Your sponsor has submitted a NARDRA Divorce Registration Certificate and a document titled Deed of Triple Divorce as proof of the divorce. In order for your sponsor’s divorce to be considered valid for immigration purposes they must demonstrate that the divorce took place according to Pakistan civil law, specifically the Muslim Family Law Ordinance (MFLO). As such please arrange for your sponsor to provide documents issued by Union Council or Court of Arbitration at the time of the divorce proceedings including all reconciliation notices. Please note that failure to provide sufficient evidence that your sponsor’s divorce took place according to the MFLO may lead to concerns that your sponsor was, at the time of your marriage, the spouse of another person and could result in a refusal of your application as per Section 117(9)(c)(i) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

I am a silent reader of this informative forum. I also have the same requirement from CIC to provide Union Council Notices of my Divorce from Ex-Wife. I went through the forum and found "ChildCase" was in the same situation earlier in Nov 2017.

I need the advice specially of those who have went through this like Br. Zohaib (ChildCase)

I had gone through the similar situation, I rememeber my days, when I was asking teh same question from every one.
I will help you.

It's nothing big, they just want to know that how the divorce actually taken place.
The certificate itself does not give them the whole picture.
If your wife does not have 3 reconciliation notices, ask her to go to the UC from where the divorce process got finalized, they usually have all the papers. If UC does not have 3 notices, they surely will have 2, get all the possible papers and just prioritize them according to dates. It's much better to explain the how the process has taken place on stamped paper and attach all the related documents including UC certificate.

I submitted mine and alhamdulilah got pre arrival.

so you never provided a Union Council Divorce Certificate to IRCC?
as they are saying you have provided a NADRA issued Certificate?
I am not sure what's the Difference between NADRA Divorce Certificate and Union Council Divorce Certificate?
They want to see a UC Issued Divorce Certificate which is in URDU also stated on top of certificate as "Talaaq Certificate"

I don't understand why they want to see 3 Reconciliation notices to other party?
Because, if for example, a person send a Talaaq OR Divorce notice to UC with 3 TALAAQ written on it then NO POINT OF ANY RECONCILIATION!!
as by giving 3 TALAAQ at the same time, TALAAQ happen right away so nothing left for Rconciliation!
IRCC/LVO has done P.HD in ISLAMIC Sharai Laws so they should know about it too.
If they want to see a UC Issued Divorce Certificate you better arrange it ASAP
