Question while filling form IMM5669e -
Date of birth of grandparents is not known. I filled all other information including deceased date but just that DOB is missing and its mandatory and forms is not getting validated.

if I select "unknown" then all information of grandparents are getting blank.

Is it ok to put "unknown" for them. however I have and information.

FYI - When I applied Visitor visa for my parents(2014), I sent their family information excluding date of birth because validation was not required in that form.

If your family size changes after the app is submitted, then income requirement will only be affected going forward. So if you sent in a revised form later, there may be higher family size in later years.

As per previous experience of others, that doesn't allow the form to validate. Only an actual date allows for validation.

Just to consider the possibility, what if they return the file after May 25th or just before, would you be able to still resubmit the file after may 25 after correcting the errors they highlighted?

Can anyone confirm if we were required to identify Principal Applicant in interest to sponsor form ?
I dont remember if I selected my Father or Mother as Principal Applicant, but I want to go ahead with my Mother as Principal Applicant as she is here with me in Canada on visit visa.

My mom hold a super visa that expire this coming November 2018 and wanting to visit us this June to help out with our kids. Also I’m planning to extend her visa/stay here in Canada too. However, I also have to send their parent sponsorship application this May.

My question is:

1. Is my mom allowed to visit us here in Canada while there’s a pending PR sponsorship app. for them?
2. What address should I put on her Sponsorship application ? Canada or Philippines ?
3. Would I be able to apply for an extension on her super visa?

1. Yes
2. It depends on the date when you sign the application , if she is here then put canada otherwise Philippines.
3. Its better to extend super visa from home country , as here they will only stamp 2 year visitor visa for her.

Another important thing verify her password is valid for 6 months bcoz many airlines doesnot allow to fly if your passport is expiring in 6 months.I said this bcoz usually supervisa is stamped upto passport expiry.

Thanks Rob! They are not married and they don't live together but they have a kid. They are not going to bring the baby here in Canada because the mother doesn't want to.

So once they signed the courier who delivered the application thats the start of lock in age, am i right?

Note that the baby must still be included in the family size for income calculations, and must still do a medical exam.

To be safe I would make sure IRCC receives the application before the lock-in date is required. So again don't leave it to the last minute.

Yes i will do my best to submit it 2 weeks before his birthday and yes we include her in our family size.
We are family of 3 + my mom + dad + brother + niece = 7
Based on our line 150 we made..
2015 : 83, 606
2016 : 114, 680
2017 : 88, 988 + 15,384 (Maternity EI)

Im just worried because my brother's passport is expired already and i dont have time to wait for his new passport and my dad's passport will expired next year during the process (if i get approve), is it okay if he doesnt have a valid passport right now? They will request for it if everything went okay, right?

Question-1: What should be copied:
1. Passport Front and last page. show Names and address
2. Passport Front and last + pages which has stamps or visa stickers
3. Entire passport pages
Passport issuing Country : INDIA

Question-2:
there is OLD passport as well, copy of old is also needed ?
