So happy for you. Have a wonderful time at your cousin's wedding
You can submit your passport to any of the VACs that handle passports for TRV stamping for the Vienna visa office. You cannot submit your passport directly at the visa office.Thanx Bryanna , Yes it is
now one more thing , please
can i submit my passport directly to the vienna embassy in person , as am living in the czech republic and vienna has been just 90 KM from me , i send an email to the vienna embassy for inquiry but no reply . or i have to submit in dusseldorf , germany VFS as it will definitely about 2 weeks due to the coming holidays . OR i want to go to india for 2 weeks , can i submit my passport in new delhi ?
as for the czech republic its showing as follows
Czech Republic
Submit your passport at the visa application centre
You can submit your passport(s) by mail or in person.
With your passport(s), make sure you include:
Check the website of your closest VAC for more information:
- the passport request letter you received from IRCC;
- the visa application centre (VAC) fees (VACs charge service fees to send your passport to the visa office);
- your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address; and
- the VAC consent forms (available on their Web site).
You can submit your passport to any of the VACs that handle passports for TRV stamping for the Vienna visa office. You cannot submit your passport directly at the visa office.
You'll be cutting it too close if you're visiting New Delhi for two weeks. If you do decide to submit your passport to VFS in New Delhi then do include your flight tickets and a letter requesting for expedited stamping
It's not really necessary to write to both visa offices as all IRCC visa offices are now linked.but still can i submit my passport in new delhi VFS ? as i want to go india for 2 weeks but i can extend it to 3 weeks as i will buy ticket this weekend if its not a problem . i have to write emails to both embassy vienna as well as new delhi ? how its work ? and what should i write in the email ?

Hey Bryanna ,It's not really necessary to write to both visa offices as all IRCC visa offices are now linked.
Nonetheless, just to be sure, do send the email to the Vienna and NDVO.... to confirm that you can submit your passport to the VFS in ND
Not to worry. These are standard automated responses.Hey Bryanna ,
i send the email to the both Vienna and New Delhi embassy , but both didn`t confirm me
as they wrote (we will write within 30 days.) so what to do now :-(
It wasn't a good idea to apply together as part of the same application. It incorrectly indicated as if your mom resides in KSA. Anyways. It's done, it's done.@Bryanna Need your help again.
So My Parents live in different countries , my dad lives in KSA.My Dad got his medical request , but they withdrew my moms application for supervisa stating she cannot apply it in KSA. I though CIC would transfer my Mom's file to NDVO after receiving a query asking her to confirm whether or not she lives in KSA. We clearly mentioned that she lives in India.
Can I reapply just for my Mom now? Will they issue a new UCI number associated to her ?
