Thanx Bryanna , Yes it is
now one more thing , please
can i submit my passport directly to the vienna embassy in person , as am living in the czech republic and vienna has been just 90 KM from me , i send an email to the vienna embassy for inquiry but no reply . or i have to submit in dusseldorf , germany VFS as it will definitely about 2 weeks due to the coming holidays . OR i want to go to india for 2 weeks , can i submit my passport in new delhi ?

as for the czech republic its showing as follows

Czech Republic
Submit your passport at the visa application centre

You can submit your passport(s) by mail or in person.

With your passport(s), make sure you include:

  • the passport request letter you received from IRCC;
  • the visa application centre (VAC) fees (VACs charge service fees to send your passport to the visa office);
  • your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address; and
  • the VAC consent forms (available on their Web site).
Check the website of your closest VAC for more information:

You can submit your passport to any of the VACs that handle passports for TRV stamping for the Vienna visa office. You cannot submit your passport directly at the visa office.

You'll be cutting it too close if you're visiting New Delhi for two weeks. If you do decide to submit your passport to VFS in New Delhi then do include your flight tickets and a letter requesting for expedited stamping

Dear Sir,

With reference to your email below, please note that our visa/immigration section in Vienna is not open for the in-person or postal/courier submission or pick-up of passports.

Please be informed that you must use one of the Visa Application Centres (VAC) located within our territory to transmit your passport to our office in Vienna. Please refer to the instructions regarding the passport submission and return on the following website:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account/where-submit-passport.html

It's not really necessary to write to both visa offices as all IRCC visa offices are now linked.

Nonetheless, just to be sure, do send the email to the Vienna and NDVO.... to confirm that you can submit your passport to the VFS in ND

Wow this is amazing! Bryanna really provided great advice!! Don't pay for lawyers people- do research and ask here to get guidance and real help of genuine people. Maybe had I done that my visa would have been approved this fast too.

Not to worry. These are standard automated responses.

You can submit your passport, in-person, at VFS New Delhi. Don't forget to include the passport request letter + VFS fees + copies of the emails to the Vienna and NDVO

@Bryanna Need your help again.

So My Parents live in different countries , my dad lives in KSA.My Dad got his medical request , but they withdrew my moms application for supervisa stating she cannot apply it in KSA. I though CIC would transfer my Mom's file to NDVO after receiving a query asking her to confirm whether or not she lives in KSA. We clearly mentioned that she lives in India.

Can I reapply just for my Mom now? Will they issue a new UCI number associated to her ?

It wasn't a good idea to apply together as part of the same application. It incorrectly indicated as if your mom resides in KSA. Anyways. It's done, it's done.

Yes, you can apply for your mom, as a separate application, from India. You will need to include all your documents as a super visa host + the medical insurance coverage of minimum CAD 100,000, etc.

Has your mom done her medicals?
