I applied paper application and I just got tracking id and I called vfs too , they said file is being processed at New Delhi.

If you are in Canada right now and applying for super visa for your parents you can call
+18882422100
By IVR i mean "Interactive Voice Response" .In my experience CIC helpline that I mentioned (+18882422100 ) have high volume of calls all the time so it is near to impossible to get a human agent to answer your query but if you call them the IVR (Automatic voice) will route you to the option where you can hear exactly the "written status" of your application.
For example in your case if your medical has been passed the IVR will tell you that "medical of the applicant has been passed"
but they will first ask you to enter your application number.

Wht kind of tests they asked you?
In my case I got email from delhi cic seeking further tests..
My dad got same email for further tests,
He had suffered TB 25 years ago which was cured that time , now totally fit,
Still asking further test for sputum
So upset
my father has heart problem but it is stable for four years. he had to do aditional tests as well.
In your father's case, They always ask for additional tests for any person who had TB once in life. So you should't be worried. I have heard that TB leaves mark on chest X-ray for whole life.With additional tests, IRCC is going to make sure he doesnt have that problem anymore. it may take some time but your father will get visa soon.
We are almost done gathering the required documents. My wifes parents are in Kosovo. We are going to apply by paper from Kosovo and itis going to be sent to Vienna office since there is no embassy in Kosovo. We are attaching NOA, T4s, letter of invitation, medical insurance. We own our house in canada. We rent our basement, so we are sending the signed lease. Also an itinerary flight ticket. My wifes mother is attaching a work contract, bank statements, letter from employment stating she will be on holidays from july 1st to aug 30th. Has anyone applied out of Vienna? We asked if we can do medicals upfront but they said cic will have to ask for them first.
Urgent: parents applied together but only mother’s application got approved and she got the visa but father’s application is still with the Immigration department for almost more than two months now. What could be the hold up and has anyone experienced anything similar in the past?
