Thats what I asking everyone , Should I email them or wait for next week too? Because if my application has not pass the maturity timeline. they will not reply me.

No harm in trying, what if they sent a mail and it got lost, you wouldn't know, but they would tell you that they are waiting for the applicant to do what they requested or something.
