My application time line is exactly same as yours. AOR was emailed.

I got my test invitation letter in Canada post email.... test date 28th Feb, DM march 2nd...

I wonder if Oath letter arrives in snail mail or email? Did you get all letters by email?

You are definitely overthinking... Got oath invite yesterday and haven't submitted my taxes yet. I know it is difficult but be patient. I'm sure you'll get the invite within a week.

Can you please share around what time (Calgary time) you received Oath email?

Also if anyone can tell me what time of the day is the best to check update on ECAS?

In my case I got AOR by email, Test - snail mail and Oath - email.

I received the email around 8:15am. I think ECAS gets updated once a day early in the morning.

I gave my test on March 14th and passed . Test was easy and straight forward . Interview went smooth , officer just asked about where I currently work ect and verified my passport stamps with what I had submitted with my application . I was told ->congratulations the application looks good but she is waiting for security check clearance and then It should be oath invitation . Is anyone else from calgary in the same situation , waiting for security check ?

When your received the email was ur ecas updated or you didn't have a chance to check ?

update:
Got my FP done on March 10 in L1 identity Sol. I do not know how long it will take to get my FP to CIC in Vancouver. My processing centre stated, Calgary still.

Not at all. I just checked ECAS again and it has not showed the new information.

That confirms that the ecas gets updated once a day, early morning. And whatever comes later waits to the next day to be shown online. Anyway, good luck.

Number of applicants since Dec 19 like you received their invitation just Friday and some this week, I think you are almost there unless they have something for you. Good luck
