This process is subject to that a lot. I understand the grace period was March 15 but I'm trying to find somewhere it officially states this. I am admin on FB group and applicants there are gettings apps returned as well for this.

So- If the application gets returned, where will it get returned to?? Will they send it directly to us? Or to the courior. I have little hope that we will be accepted as I also sent my application on February 6th. So I’m going to start working on the new paperwork and get ahead of the game .

Thanks. I completely disagree with this IF the only reason they are returning is due to the checklist. They've stated they're accepting them until March 15 and they should be doing that.

Yeah it's definitely disheartening to see them returning valid applications.

You should be hearing back soon I think. I heard February applicants have began receiving AOR1

Really I haven’t heard anything for February yet but my fingers are crossed this is my second time I hope we got it right this time

My application was returned to me. They stated that I did not use the most updated check-list. I need to use the updated check list and re-send now...

How did you get this information? did they post your application back to your address or you got to know by email?

Well that's considering they get that far. Not sure if they would check for other issues if they've determined that the checklist is out of date.
