Hi all,

Can anyone tell after the written test , what kind of interview takes places ? Do they ask who is MLA in your province and questions like name MP of your province etc ? Where can I get these details to prepare for test ?

Also, how thoroughly need to read book..looks like they can extract any word from book and form it as question ? Is there any compiled list of question recent test takers have shared ?

Many thanks!

You need to read the book until you've picked up all the main points and history - and practice online tests.

The interview is pretty basic. What do you do? Where do you live? Have you declared all your travel correctly? If they have a major concern, they may ask some questions. Other than that, it's pretty routine.

Can you elaborate what do you mean by Main points ? and History such as ...? Any topics to emphasize?

Yes, any word but the quotes from Laurier and Diefenbaker can become a question in the test, but don't worry about it.
It won't be 20 "what's that detail people would definitely overlook while reading the book ??" questions... Far from it.
If you're fluent enough in french or english, there's just no way you'll fail it.

No, I really can't. If you open the bookand read each chapter over - you'll see the main points. It's all there. This isn't necessarily about memorizing all dates and information - it's about getting a good understanding of all the events, people, and timelines. Remember, the test gives 4 possible answers - so if you have a good idea of the history you should be able to find the right one.

Good luck.
