Passed the exam this morning, yay! I was told it will take 3-5 months for an Oath Ceremony. :/ I guess there are a lot of people!
The invitation date on my email pdf actually reads March 5 other than Feb 28 as it states on ecas statusECAS and emails are out of sync at times. Our was for the exam appointment letter. Emails arrived days before ECAS update. Looks like different teams are handling each task (but perhaps in the same organization?).
Oh, I understand now. That I haven't seen before. That is unique. The invitation date on my email pdf actually reads March 5 other than Feb 28 as it states on ecas status
Re: documents: I answered you in https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/september-2017-citizenship-applications.515291/page-125#post-6770787Hi Members,
Do I need to carry all the documents once again on oath ceremony day that I did on citizenship test day??
Do they check documents on oath ceremony day??
How long does the whole process of oath ceremony takes?
Please respond.
Thanks in advance
I think they just give a pretty wide range so they don't get pestered by people. Most other locations have been 4-6 weeks after the exam. Most of their estimates have been to err on the side of caution by a lot.Passed the exam this morning, yay! We had pretty much the exact same experience but I was out of the building by 9:52! I made it to work not too late!I passed the test yesterday too (19/20).
For the interview, the woman only checked my ID (same as application, not the stamps on my passport), and asked me if i had trouble with police since my application...and told me between 2 to 5 month for oath....
My test was at 9.02 and at 10.03 i was out of the building LOL

I just checked and I have Decision Made.
I actually got tears in my eyes. Guess this is more emotionally meaningful than I realised.
