My ecas updates have been inconsistent from the start. I think many people have had the same experience. I never got a line in ecas added for the test invite at all, even after passing the test, but I have received an added line for my oath invite. It's so varied for each person.

Thank you. I read Discover Canada many times over, and did a couple of the random free online tests from time to time. But, I mainly focused on the study guide and studied it a lot, and I got 20/20 on the test. Best of luck to you!

Indeed! I am one of those with a "lazy" ECAS that has not updated since In Progress even though I'm further along the process :)

My ECAS also hasn't updated with my test invite. It's been weeks since I got the email and ECAS hasn't updated with that information. I think it's just inconsistent for everyone depending on your processing office, and even then, it is not the same for everyone.

My ECAS is STILL not showing my test invite details - so weird. I wonder if it will go straight from its current status of "In Process" to "Decision Made", missing all the other stuff in between!

I think you're right! My test invite came by email a week ago, and my ECAS has still not been updated.

My ECAS is slow to update my progress as well - must be the relaxed West Coast :)
