Has this happened to anyone?

Before today, my additional docs read: "The additional documents you have provided are being reviewed."
Today it now reads: "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."

What does the change in sentence structure signify? My timeline in signature. Still on IP1.

This seems to be a universal change. Somebody thought of digging into the source code and make this phrase sound more 'active'

You can hope that ordering the notes will prod your file to move forward. That's what I did yesterday too, before seeing the IP2 update.

I'm along the same lines as you, if you remember, except that I have IP2 ever since the MEP and ADR1. Is it a good idea to order notes, or let it be? Also, how would one know which VO is processing the case?

You can order notes if you like - they're the only way to know for sure what's going on. Ordering notes does not impact the application speed or outcome.

To know VO, you can email CPC Ottawa (cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca) with your Full name, DOB, Stream, UCI and file number asking for current VO that is processing your application (and status).

Still the same bro ... Did you realize that all the data is empty in the express entry application? Did that happen to you too ??

For example profile status, criteria met, ... etc are all empty.

But yes, in Application Details everything is blank except my Application Number and Date you submitted your profile : December 18, 2017.
