also Eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

but i doubt his might be a glitch for the following reasons
1) additional documents we are reviewing additional docs you provided (there was no additional document provided)
2) eligibility is under review
3) website went through a maintenance this morning
4) no pre-arrival services email or no gc key account update email
5) no updates on ecas either

i am not sure if its a genuine background check in process.

Seems like a glitch happens often after a maintenance. Many people got the same update Without any additional documents provided.

Maybe....I also haven’t submitted any additional documents so it might be technical issue.

Bcg changed to we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if ........
else everything is same
Medical you passed medical
Additional documents.. we do not need any document.
