I doubt its a glitch. I called the automated phone and says the same thing. BGC in process and medical passed

that means that a decision (approved/rejected) has been taken on your application. 99.99% this means approved.
then its just a matter of time when a officer at NDVO while sipping his coffee would care to send a passport request asking you to submit your passport for visa stamping.

No I didn’t get pre arrival email I just did a phone enquiry
