Hi Legal falcon

Thanks for your previous reply. finally, I uploaded the FBI PCC exactly on the due date. Need a clarification. Will the processing time take longer for ONIP nominated candidates compared direct ITAs?

@ Legal Falcon - Help me to understand the GCMS report.
My AOR was 14th Sep'17. Had ordered the GCMS last month which i received today. Am posting some of the observations mentioned in it. Please help me understand the same.

Notes:

Notes1:
Text - Appears not met, less than one year in the primary NOC ( what does this mean. According to me it is the work experience they are talking about and there is an error in it since i have 13 yrs of work experience in the primary NOC)
Notes 2:
Text - ***Agent Review***Police certificates R10 OK Criminality decision passed

Assessments:

Eligibility : Review required (what does this mean)
Security : Not started ( what does this mean)
Criminality : Passed
Medical : Passed
Info Sharing : Complete

Kindly advise as to what needs to be done in the current situation.

@legalfalcon:

I am a September 12, 2016 OINP applicant. Receved my AOR on December 14, 2016. I did my upfront medical exam on January 18, 2017 and it got expired on January 18, 2018. Since then, MyCIC account is showing "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes". Assuming the officer sent my medical exam for extension, how long it might take to get the extension?
You can raise a CSE and request for an extension. If you wait for IRCC, they can either give an extension or ask you to re-do your meds.

Thanks for the reply. My eligibility was passed on 26th July 2017 while criminality and medical on 28th June'17. I'm an Indian national. Any other info if you require, pls let me know. Should I order both CSIS and CBSA notes or just CBSA notes?
When did your R10 pass and what is your AoR?

hello Legalfalcon
I got my GCMS notes yesterday, and I can see that I am not in SS, In fact the security is blanked and on the top right corner it says S15(1).
But my Eligibility is under review. It seems like the officer has forgotten my file. Calling doesn't help either. Same response, its matter of time. It has been 13 months post eAOR now. There is no movement and no request either. I don't know what to do.
If the security is blank then your security is still under process. See https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/

You can consider ordering CBSA notes. In their notes the security info is not retracted and you will know what is happening.

It depends on what stage you add your spouse. If you add after your eligibility is passed its just a few weeks process. If you add earlier, it takes more time. Have you requested your GCMS notes?

Lately PNP application are taking longer than FSW.

In note 1 the analyst has only counted your work experience in primary NOC, and concluded it less than 1 year. To qualify under EE an applicant has to have minimum of 1 year of work experience in primary NOC.

R10 is the completeness check. To read on it see https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

Review required refers to the analyst asking the officer, who will finalize our eligibility to review the eligibility. Eligibility takes place in 2 stages. For an analyst will review your documents and make a recommendation, which can be passed, not met, met or review required. Based on the recommendation the officer will review and make a final determination.

@ legal falcon,
Thanks a ton for your reply. I also understand the analyst has not reviewed the papers correctly. I have 13 years experience in the NOC that I have opted for. Is it possible for me to write to them or any other suggestion that you may want to share. Thanks.
