Hi Folks/@legalfalcon,

Urgent question!!!.. I called CIC today after getting my GCMS notes few days back. The lady on the phone told me that they sent me a communication in Oct17 but last I received anything from them was 21 JUL 17 when was medical was completed by them. nothing after that. She said they sent a mail that doesn't show up in the account. I checked and I don't see any mail from them. She said she will ask them to resend but when she didn't tell when. She said CIC is waiting for something from you but not sure what.

i have this in my notes

CPC-O RFV Letter sent via email in a batch. No correspondence was generated as letter was sent in a batch via MS Word Letter Template.

I pressed the lady for answers on this but she said she will ask for resend of mail.

Passport, valid work visa, and the document issued for your work authorization (if issued).

My medical exam is expired and my medical status changed from " passed to "not need" 2 weeks ago.
IRCC didn't extend or request to re-do med again

How long does "Medical reassessment" usually take ?

Before your application is approved, either IRCC will extend your medicals or request for a new one. You can even request to extend via CSE. You will have to wait, as there is no deadline.

I got my PCC on 26th October 2017 and I applied on 26th Dec 2017 (after 2 months I got my PCC), Should I renew it? will IRCC demand a new one through ADR?

• For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than six months before the submission of the e-APR.
• For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant lived in that country.

CPC-O RFV - This is the PPR. So you were sent a PPR. Check you spam. If you don't see it raise a CSE.

I am a September 12, 2016 OINP applicant. Receved my AOR on December 14, 2016. I did my upfront medical exam on January 18, 2017 and it got expired on January 18, 2018. Since then, MyCIC account is showing "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes". Assuming the officer sent my medical exam for extension, how long it might take to get the extension?

Can you tell your dates? I mean when did you submit AOR, Meds Passed, eligibility changed, Background check etc etc. Total time your application took?

The 6 months processing time starts from the date when the R10 is complete. If you have passed eligibility, what date was it?

You can definitely order CBSA notes, and they will have the security not retracted, only if it is complete. Most application get stuck in security. Also based on your country of residence the security may take longer.

However, I can't say more with the limited info I have.

Thanks for the reply. My eligibility was passed on 26th July 2017 while criminality and medical on 28th June'17. I'm an Indian national. Any other info if you require, pls let me know. Should I order both CSIS and CBSA notes or just CBSA notes?

Thank-you.Adr was always we do not need additional documents even though there were multiple requests sent to us. It changed to we need more documents to process your application, when I ordered GCMS and is still the same. But never got an actual request.

Congrats. Did u notice any security related info in your gcms or sec15 (1) or 16 (1) on right top corner along with redacted pages/activities?

Thank-you I was not under SS. They took time to review the additional docs I had submitted. I am yet to receive my gcms. I should have them by 7th March, will let you know!

I got my GCMS notes yesterday, and I can see that I am not in SS, In fact the security is blanked and on the top right corner it says S15(1).
But my Eligibility is under review. It seems like the officer has forgotten my file. Calling doesn't help either. Same response, its matter of time. It has been 13 months post eAOR now. There is no movement and no request either. I don't know what to do.
