Question po, I have a student visa valid til 2022, tanong ko lang po if may certain timeframe na need ko siya gamitin like if I don't use it in 6 months hindi ko na pwede gamitin or valid siya kahit di ko pa gamitin ngayon?

You need to be actively pursuing study to comply with your study permit. So dapat you are making your best effort to go to be a full time student

I understand that po, pero nasa philippines pa and I don't know if tutuloy ako umalis this year, I might move my placement to next year because of family issues kaya po I asked if valid pa din siya if I move my placement to 2019.

Kailangan pa po ba ng ielts kapag mag aaply ng student permit from Philippines. Hindi po kasi magbigay ang school ng letter of exemption from english language proficiency test pero na meet ko po ang english language proficiency test requirement ng school kaya ako na aacept sa school. thank you

hello po sa lahat, plano po ako mag apply for student visa. target ko po sa Sept. 2019 intake pa kaya may mga tanong po ako:
1.Magkano po bha ang kailan na show money ? (me + wife + daughter) sabi kasi ng agent na tinanong ko ay 3.5M daw
2. kung 2-year program amg kukunin ko, ilang years po bha amg ibibigay na student permit?ilang years din po bha ang ibibigay na off-campus work permit f ever?
3. f natapos ko na po ung 2yr program ko, ano po bha ang gagawin ko para legal ung pag stay ko sa canada eh wala pa po kasi akong pgwp by that time?

If meron dito from Centennial, ask ko lang kumusta naman po? How's the system and also school works? Madali lang din ba makakuha ng work sa Toronto? I hope someone can answer my question di ko kase mahanap sagot. I just recently got my LOA for the Fall 2018 intake. I plan to apply for study permit online because I'm an OFW here in SG.
The estimated course duration is from Sep 4, 2018 to May 24, 2020. My problem is my passport will be expiring on May 22, 2020. I've read somewhere that the visa will not be issued beyond the validity of the passport. But how about the study permit? Will it be valid until my studies end in May 24, 2018? Do you advise that I renew my passport first before lodging my application or do I just renew the passport in Canada if ever?

Another problem is that the passport renewal process will take about 8 weeks, then when I finally apply online for the study permit, I will have to wait another 8 weeks or more for the results. I'm afraid I cannot make it to the start of classes. At isa pa, sayang yung mga stamps and visa sa current passport ko, which proves my travel history. Well anyway, I'm not even sure if I can renew 2 years in advance but I booked an appointment anyway. The earliest schedule I got for the passport renewal is on the 5th of March so let's say I will get my new passport by May. I think it's too late na to apply for the Fall intake.

Now, if I renew my passport in Canada, that means extending my visa and study permit and I will have to show proof of funds again.

It happened to me, ang ginawa ko nag renew ako pero hindi ko pinabutas then afer lumabas visa ko at naibalik yung passport dun ko kinuha yung reneed passport. So ang dadalhin mo sa canada if ma approved ka is old passport with visa stamp plus nee passport
