Have 2 questions:
1. Received PCC pdf version via EDO. Could I upload that or I have to wait for the hard copy.
2. I submitted LOE and didn't receive ADR yet, so could I submit PCC via CSE or I need to wait ADR.

Just when you have the feeling that the PCC is at an arm's reach, the govt lets it slip by. However Congress has passed the spending budget so it should it be a matter of hours or a day, I guess.

I got my PCCs too! They got delivered on Feb 8th at 10AM and I got my PCCs at 12.30 today Feb 9).
