This happened to me. Don't let it happen to you. Took quite a while to find it. Emails and calls. Clearly write ELECTRONIC SUMMARY REQUEST on the envelope.

I hope they just haven't reached your envelope yet. They're processing your delivery date. I'd give it until Tuesday to see if they've located it. You're right there anyway, even though eDo will get you your result quicker.

I would imagine so. You can send an email to the identity@fbi.gov account and request it. They referred to the process as a "STOP" notice when I submitted a request to change the mailing address on my first application with the old system.

I spoke to a rep via phone this morning. She advised me of that date.

BTW, they are now processing manual applications for November 6th.

Because this is my second application. I already have one in the old system which they now say you can convert to eDO. They just need to be responsive just as how they respond quickly to the new requests. My package was delivered on Thursday, how difficult can it be to locate a package received...

My package didn't have ELECTRONIC on it and apparently was routed to the old system. Their customer service team is yet to give me an update despite me being in contact with them even before my fingerprints arrived on Thursday, February 8 at 1:30pm. Still no word.
